Hull City have signed former Liverpool and Blackburn striker Mark Hughes from the Championship side on a two-year deal.
Hull City chairman Steve Bruce said: “Mark is a young, dynamic and talented player who has great potential.
We are delighted to welcome him to the Club and look forward to his continued development.”
Hughes, 24, scored seven goals in 30 appearances for the Reds from 2015-16, including three in their Champions League final win over Manchester City in May.
He was also part of the Reds’ League Cup-winning side in 2013-14 and was also a key figure in the Premier League’s Europa League run.
He has represented the Reds in a number of international tournaments and the Reds boss has previously said that he will be looking to sign more top-class players in the summer.
